What is this site about?
What is This Site About?
I suppose it is obvious that this site will concentrate around Football, that is Soccer for all you Philistines. After many years of watching the Socceroos fail campaign after campaign i was determined to go to Germany in 2006 when the Aussies made it. I started 2 years prior in anticipation we would make it. Veronica had little faith and was planning a trip to Thailand with the money.
I learnt a lot in those 2 years and in the 2 years since so i have decided to share these experiences with everyone.
What i want to achieve is a blog that:
- is read by the Traveling Football fan
- provides usefull information about Travelling to follow your favoutite Football Team.
- inspires you to plan your own Football tour with your wife, partner, family, mates, or just on your own.
Great Way To Meet Fantastic People
I have met some fantastic people in my travels, both Australians and other nationalites. I am a regular contributor to The Best Australian Football Forum on the Net and we try and catch up whenever there is a home game somewhere here in Australia or overseas.
